Mobile Web Service Framework
|
The mobile Web service framework is a framework for publishing Web services on mobile devices. At present time it has been realized on top of the Nokia Mobile Web serverĀ for S60 devices. After being installed on a mobile device it can be used to publish any Python class as a Web service. It has support for both SOAP Web services and JSON making published service classes available through both. Further information about the design and structure of the framework are available in chapter four in the report "Mobile Devices as Web service providers" http://mobile-ws.mobcal.com/index.php?option=com_phocadownload&view=category&id=3:report&download=4:mobile-devices-as-web-service-providers&Itemid=53. Information about the implementation of the framework on S60 are available in chapter five in the same report. |
